  As I mentioned earlier, I told Backstabber University I would still honor my commitment to do that summer class. It was supposed to be U.S. History Since 1865, which means I use my research work.

  Not any more. I got a letter from the interim dean today. He's been interim for over 4 years now and has all the balls of a eunuch (actually, I think he is a eunuch). They essentially told me to get lost and negated all my work. I spoke to one of my faculty friends there and she pretty much confirmed that the one bitch was doing all she could to make sure I wouldn't be back at all. After 4 years of hard work, promoting them, helping the students get practical experience, great teaching, and I got shown the door.

  This is embarrassing for me to tell you. My wife is not surprised this happened. She saw it coming. I guess I did, too. I still didn't expect it to end like this.
