I know all there is to know about the crying game

I watched that movie again today for the first time in ages.  I love that movie.

A VERY interesting weekend.  On Saturday I took my daughter to see "Hoodwinked."  It's essentially a take on Akira Kurosawa's classic film "Roshamon" whereby a crime is told from 4 different points of view.  "Hoodwinked" was very funny.  Go see it.  I wanted Little Red Riding Hood's outfit.

Afterwards I spent the afternoon at my house.  I helped my soon-to-be-ex clean up a bit.  Then we all watched "The Brothers Grimm."  I didn't think it was all that good.  The thing is my wife asked me to stay a little longer so we could all watch it together.  For the first time in a while I felt a sense of stability.  No, we're not getting back together.  It was just a pleasant afternoon.  My daughter loved every minute of it. I also felt some sense of pride that I was able to actually buy a house at one point, even if I don't live there now.

THE BIG NEWS: I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO RESCUE THE REST OF MY FEMME CLOTHES!!!  I had some in the basement, where I was boxing up books on Saturday.  I got one of my duffle bags and filled it up with the rest of my clothes.  I had some skirts, hose, lingerie, etc.  I was sooooooooooo happy to do that, and without detection!

The other big news: My mom was hemming some clothes yesterday.  I showed her one of my skirts that had a stuck zipper.  She didn't know how to fix it, but she did say we'll go buy a new zipper and take it to the cleaners where they can fix it.  Later she had me get my wig and put it on.  Although I had about 2 days without shaving very apparent on my face, she said I looked just like one of my sisters (not a bad compliment, mind you). My dad was still a major crab yesterday.  Oh well.

The other other news: Yesterday was up and down for me as far as stress levels were concerned.  But, coming here on TW, and talking to Joni Marie Cruz for the first time (her voice is as sweet as her piccies) really perked me up.  I spoke to some other friends and told them about my current marital situation. I guess I didn't realize how many friends I really have.  Thank you all.

I just realized something.  Now that's I'm pregnant with Kendra's baby, I wonder if this will ruin my torrid affair with Anneliese Van der pol.  There's a "Raven" marathon on today, too.  Oh, dear........

So no gloom and doom today.  I'm feeling strong and confident.

One last thing - if you didn't see my last blog with my latest song check it out and tell me what you think.
