Tonight I went and saw my daughter's third grade show. It was about an hour long, and these kids did a phenomenal job. NOT TO STEREOTYPE HERE, but her teacher, an openly gay man, does have theatre experiences and taught them quite a few showtunes to learn, including I Am What I Am from La Cage. It was truly a great show. My daughter even was selected to address the audience about how she overcame nervousness and took a chance. I will admit that a few of the musical numbers got me all choked up. I sat with my ex, and I know she noticed it.
I am on six days a week now at the museum. I learned the new CSI exhibit. It is great! I love it!!! I wear a white lab coat, and if I'm not walking around assisting the visitors in solving their appointed crime, I am running the fingerprinting table. It is sooooooooooooooooooooo much fun.
I don't get too many opportunities to get all dolled up at home. But I take every chance I can.
Lexi is really working hard on getting up here next month. I hope so.
Anyhow, not much for now. Just waiting for my next endo appointment. I really want to get this started!
