Help with my pc

  In my e-mails there are addresses to open to confirm orders or whatever. But I can't. When I click on them nothing happens. I called dell & could not understand a word she said. As far as changing settings I realy don't know what I'm doing. I write ladder logic for plc's but that has nothing to do with windows. Somewhere someone knows what do do. If you can help thank you.
  I got another e-mail from Julie this morning. I feel a lot better.
