Ok I just put on a fresh pot of coffee. I'll do most of it again.
As I said in this mornings post I found an error in a hospital bill I paid last March. The total bill was $610.40 I thought it odd insurance covers 90% of the 10% work pays 90% leaving me 1% of total bill. I called when I first got the bill & was told it was for things not coverd. I was then told if I did not send payment it would be turned over to a collection agency. Well my credit is not a shiny thing so I paid it. I had to have more test. My insurance statement came yesterday it listed amount not paid $614.00. I called to find out why & was told it was the PPOM discount. I asked why I had to pay it & was told I don't. So I found the bill from March it listed $100 + $510.40. The $100 being my yearly deductable. I then went through my past insurance forms & found one with the discount for $510.40. I called the hospital & was told I have to fill out some paper work but I will get the money back. A $500 windfall? NO!!
Over the weekend I noticed a small crack in my glasses & it was getting bigger. So I had to order new lenses. Having left my sunglasses in Fla I ordered a new pair also. Total $407.
I dropped my phone when getting out of my truck to go order my new lenses. New phone after rebate $110.
I've come to the conclusion that me & money are not to be one in the same place. Extra money means I'm going to break something or lose something. I am better off spending it as soon as I get it. That way both myself & the people around me are safe.
So with the safty of others in mind I bought 2 of the cutest nightgowns at Silkies. One Pink one Blue. The world is now a safer place.
