I would like some advice regarding silicone breast forms. You have the oval, triangular and triangular asymmetrical forms. Which would be best, to be worn with “off the shelf bras” say from M&S. I will be wearing them loose until I get more confident with my dressing.

Thanks for the advice. Just a bit too old for the young and perky, going for the older sophisticated look. Have been trawling the FAQ's and have decided to buy the asymmetrical, better body contouring.

depends on your body type, whether you want young perky boobs or more mature pendulous ones, the brand, material, etc. Many form sites have FAQs. You might consider a fitting from a pro...many form places are TG friendly.
