I agree completely with Wendy, like many others I don't have any desire to acquire one but still others may feel more confident with one. My preference would be for a scalpel to help create the desired outcome. But Wendy brought up great points why something like this could be important to a gal. Also for gals starting off, this kind of information should be extremely helpful and not laughed at.

You might want to check out silicon versions to if you have LOTS of money to spend.

There are a number of reasons why someone might want one:

1. They probably give you a more feminine shape down there under clothes...after all, women are not shaped like gaffs. The structure assists with the tucking problem.

2. Some permit mutual sexual stimulation between the wearer and male partner during "intercourse". This may be more satisfying to some girls than anal penetration in both physical and psychological areas.

3. Unlike a gaff, you can pee without removing it.....sitting of course.

4. Just as wearing sexy lingerie under serious business clothing can make a woman feel....feminine.....for some people the simulated anatomy may provide a psychological up.

5. Some girls don't want to permanently lose their equipment at a cost of $70,000. They are quite happy to be "female" occasionally.

6. As with breast forms, the silicon versions warm to body temperature and actually feel like skin through clothing. I don't know, but I suspect you also get a "camel toe" if your pants are tight enough. I don't know if latex will do this.

7. If a girl likes to date and dance without intercourse, it can save her from a beating, or worse, if her date tries to steal third base and slips a hand up under her skirt without an invitation.

I think the question is a good one. It's the kind of question that can assist TGs in making intelligent purchases instead of wasting money. Some items, such as breast forms, can run into hundreds of dollars. Who wants to make that kind of mistake?

I suspect if this product had no value, at the prices asked for it, we would have people posting negative comments all over the internet. I have yet to see one. I'll do a little searching online to see if I can find any. I've found this a good way to protect myself from scams, malware, etc.

I’ve seen these in the Transformation shops, and quite honestly they look hideous and not at all realistic. Of course in their magazines they show photos of natal female vaginas, “You too can look like this…” a typical Transformation misleading ploy to get you to spend vast amounts of money on overpriced tat. However, Wendy has made some valuable points and some people may find them less hideous than the parts they are designed to hide.
I can say from experience, and with complete smugness that there is indeed nothing like the real thing!
By the way - $70,000 for SRS, who charges that?! Dr Suporn, in my opinion the best SRS surgeon in the world charges less than $18,000 at present.

I agree, I have got one and it's a bit too tight and uncomfortable.  I did recently find this site and this link if it works has got a few good ones, which like mentioned before and help you pee without taking all the layers of clothing off.  Expensive yes, worth it, I don't know, still thinking about buying one.

Current technology enables some very realistic silicon anatomy.  Down side is that they are very expensive (4 figures) and they can tear after only a few uses.  One must be very careful with them.   I suspect, as with anything, time and technology will improve the product.   I also suspect that growing you your lady/gentleman parts from your own stem cells and surgically switching primary and secondary sexual parts may arrive first....but then latex/silicone is less permanent for non-,pre-op members of the community.

 

Attachable breast forms have reached "sleep with them on" levels of quality but you may have to wait 10 wks to buy a pair.

I won one once.

Was very uncomfortable to wear (string tends to cut into your waist and it leavesa terrible looking bump in your waistline if you're wearing a tight peice of clothing). Also not very practical for long term wear if you need to errr, releive yourself *though I know there are different designs now available that will allow for this while still wearing one).

Right, there is nothing physically stopping either of us wearing anything we want but there are plenty of intangibles blocking the way! And yes I often watch the girls at work quite envious of what they are wearing.

Sorry I find this thing absurd, from what I know, an expensive gimmic, designed to earn humungus amounts of cash by people who realy don't give a FK, like so many shops specialising in so called trans friendly services, overpriced sub standard merchandise that no real woman would wear.   I once saw an advert for 'manties' frilly pants for men, some which appeared to be charnos, highly inflated prices, when one could go on line and purchase the same female items from a reputable store for a fraction of the cost.
