On the subject of dressing services, I'm wondering how well they cover up hairy legs/chest/arms etc. I'm particularly hairy but still being inexperienced when I've tried shaving my legs I've made a bit of a hash of it and I don't want to mess up my big day. I usual wear long skirts or thick tights at home.

Any thoughts?

Andrea, the dressing service should ask you whether your legs are smooth or hairy. They will give you an appropriate pair of tights so that any hair does not show. Also if your arms or chest are hairy they will offer you a selection of outfits with long sleeves and a high front. They understand the problem. And anyway, as a customer, you have a right to choose what you're going to wear from the wardrobe. So don't be put off! They want you to look as girly as you can.
