Zero effort lunch for a warm day

Here in the inland part of the San Francisco Bay Area it's going to hit 98F or warmer today. Took the dogs for a hike in the hills at sunrise before it got too hot. Drove home with the top down on the Mustang.

Wanted something filling but didn't want to do anything that would heat up the house.

Had some Romaine lettice in the fridge. Spread it out on a paper plate. Spooned on a layer of "Lite" sour cream with a plastic picnic spoon. Covered the sour cream with a layer of cold "mild" chunky salsa. Opened a tin (64g.) of sliced black olives and dropped them over the salsa. Eaten with a plastic fork. Dogs licked the plate clean when I finished. Paper plate, spoon and fork tossed in the trash. No muss, no fuss.

Could have crumbled tortilla chips over it or cut up some thin sliced cold cuts (ham, roast beef, chicken, turkey, etc.) to spread over, but didn't have any on hand and I do try to eat a couple of meat-free meals every week.
