  As part of my job I have to take people out on hikes, camps and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions etc and have been out on one or the other for the last ten days. In that time I walked around 100 miles which was pretty nice, if if half of that was in the rain.......urghh! And not a set of hair straightn...
